He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and MBAs in Business Management and Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Director of Sales, Operations, and Marketing at the Company since December 2023. With over 20 years of experience in channels and commercial operations, he has worked at prominent companies such as Vivo, Alelo, Nextel, and Ambev. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Foreign Trade from the Science Foundation University Center, a specialization in Strategic Marketing Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, an MBA in Human Development of Managers from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and has completed international extensions at Harvard University, Ohio University, the University of California, Irvine, and The George Washington University. He is currently responsible for sales, commercial operations, installations, and maintenance services for clients.

Executive with over 25 years of experience in marketing and commercial operations, with a solid track record at renowned companies such as Catho, TIM, Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), GVT, and Tivit. Known for driving results, leading cross-functional teams, and turning challenges into growth opportunities. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the same institution.

Legal and Corporate Affairs Director at the Company since July 2019. With extensive experience in legal, institutional, and M&A matters, he began his career at large law firms and later transitioned to in-house legal practice in major corporations such as BRF, Amazon, and Braskem. He holds a law degree from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University Law School and is currently pursuing an MBA in Corporate Finance at Insper. He is responsible for the Company's legal, regulatory, and institutional issues, supporting the Company's M&A activities, and leading the corporate integrity and internal audit departments.

Director of Technology Development at the Company since December 2023. Previously served as CTO at Americanet from 2019 to December 2023. With 28 years of experience in Information Technology at both multinational and national companies, including Gol, Latam, and Sonda, he has a leadership approach focused on team development and managing large structures and budgets over R$220 million. He has expertise in agile methodologies and solid experience with market standards (Cobit, ISO20000, ISO 27001/02, ISO 9000, CMMI- 3/5, ANSI/TIA 942 TIER III or IV) through effective project implementation. Holds a postgraduate degree in Information Security, a degree in Internet Environments and Computer Networks, and Computer Science. He has international experience with project implementation in countries such as Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, the United States, Canada, and Japan.

Executive with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a background in companies such as Itaú-Unibanco, AGV Logística, Saraiva, and Linx Sistemas. She holds a degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Systems Analysis from FASP - Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo, and a postgraduate degree in People Management from FMU Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas. She has been with Vero since January 2020 and is responsible for Vero's cultural transformation initiatives, implementing unified HR policies, improving organizational climate, and developing career and variable compensation plans.
